Kamishibai (kah-mee-she-bye) is a japanese traditional storytelling form with special features.
The first story is about a painting of the famous Hungarian artist Róbert Berény titled 'Sleeping woman with a fox'. It's an imaginary journey of the leader character, from the forest to the artist's atelier. (Published by Csimota Publishing, Hungary in 2021.)
The second tale is 'Salut petit pois !' (in English 'A dotted day') about a little girl with glasses who is exploring the world and collecting all of dotted pieces of a 'dotted day'. (Published by Csimota Publishing, Hungary and by Éditions Callicéphale, France in 2013). Written and illustrated by Krisztina Maros.
The second tale is about a journey of a little 'Waterdrop' who decided to look around in the big world. Written by Katalin Tasi. Published by Csimota Publishing (Hungary) and Éditions Callicéphale (France) in 2016.
